Party Garland

I'm pretty sure I'm in love with this party garland. Along with all the other crafts I have on my "Crafts to Make" list, this one gets bumped to the top. I will have this party garland at my 30th birthday next year to celebrate that dreaded year. Who is making it for me?

I saw those online and was so excited until I caught a close-up and realize how LONG that would take my pathetic self to sew...
