The Girls

I hooked up with my girls while in Utah... just so happened to be the night of the "blizzard." Yeah, still annoyed the night got cut short over the fake reports of the blizzard. Oh well, 2 hours is better than 0 hours.

I watched the front desk girl tonight at the gym look up boys on the computer. Oh the memories of checking out cute boys profile pics behind the front desk {and the occasional hanging up of the chosen ones}. Miss you girls!

Thanksgiving {2010}

We were in Thanksgiving for Utah and we had such a great day. Growing up, Thanksgivings were always HUGE with tons and tons of kids and craziness. This year it was a bit toned down with just our family and my aunt Deana's {hosted at Deana's house}. Cameron and I had a great time catching up with everyone and the bits of food we ate did not disappoint. Most of the time we were chasing Weston around my aunts crazy nice house, deathly afraid to let him out of our sight.

He loved my Grandpa's cane and was obsessed with the bathroom door. Of all doors....

Em and Al

A little family portrait by the open closet door. Hey, I'll take what I can get!

And the whole Neidig crew....

Disneyland

Last weekend we took a little last minute vay-cay to So. Cal to visit the So. Cal Rosenhan's and to hit up Disneyland. Planning a trip to Disney during Veteran's weekend was probably not the brightest idea... but we apparently don't think about things like that.

Preston and Hilarry were the perfect hosts with all the perfect toys for Weston {a lap top, a phone with a VERY LOUD ringer volume button, and 2 i-phones}. We had such a fun time and miss them already! We did so many fun things and of course ate our way through Huntington. We even coerced a teenager from Hilarry's ward to come babysit one night so we could go to the movies and get Pumpkin Pie Pinkberry. Hello.... so good.

Then there was the happiest {and most exhausting} place on earth:

Our first ride on Dumbo.

Weston is totally obsessed with the Mickey Mouse club and I thought he would love meeting the characters. I'm hoping he did in his heart because his face was pretty much blank from shock.

It was pretty comical to watch Cameron drive around the bend on Autopia with Weston almost hanging out of the car. Seat belts do not contain toddlers on their own.

Cameron with his bro {Hilarry was there but I was sworn to only posting perfect pictures and I always keep my word}.

Our good friends, Jeremy and Michelle, vacationed to Disney the same weekend so we hooked up with them for a bit. Pretty sure this is one of Weston's best pictures.

Jamba for dinner at 9 pm.... nothing like a day at Disney with a toddler {it's freaking exhausting!!!}

Swing Batter, Batter, Batter

The new favorite activity 'round here is wiffle ball. Weston means serious business when he is playing with his ball and bat about 10 hours of his day.

Game over when the "annoyed" face comes out to play....

G&M Farms {2010}

Mission accomplished: we hit up the pumpkin patch 4 times this season... and now that its November and I'm feeling slightly less lazy and tired I thought I would post them. I don't know if I'm so tired from chasing around the busiest toddler in America, or being preggers, or just a bad combo of both.

Anyhow, I love G&M farms and Weston loved all the nasty germs in the corn pit.

This face must be documented because he makes this hideous face anytime he wants something or he's annoyed. It's pretty sweet.

Evan and Weston thought putting their faces through the holes while the moms made animal sounds was the funniest thing in the world. I think they did it about 100 times.
They chased each other in the hay maze forever; giggling and cracking up at each other over and over and over again. Wish I had it on video....

Trick-Or-Treating {2010}

I'm seriously in love with Halloween and now I love it even more now that I have a kid. Weston loved trick-o-treating with his friends and thought the whole process was so entertaining.

Brayden and Weston destroy Brayden's porch on a daily basis. Everything from the porch eventually ends up on a the street so we couldn't deny them of their favorite activity pre-trick or treating.

Taking his ghost light very seriously.

Brayden as a cute mini Peter Pan.

Weston eating a pre-trick or treating snack as I get mom of the year award for letting him eat of the ground.

Ava as a little ballerina.

So fun to watch your little one climb up the big steps to knock on the door just because every else is doing it. Pretty sure he no clue what was going on other than he got lots of attention.

It was pretty funny to watch Weston alternate between taking the candy from the people and giving his candy from his bag to the passer outers.
