Christmas {2010}
This year we found ourselves in sunny Arizona for Christmas. I'll never complain about the weather in Arizona during the winter... hello. We celebrated before we left so Santa was kind enough to pack up his sleigh a little early for us.

Weston did have cute Christmas jammies but had another lovely ear infection the week leading up to Christmas. Even more fun was the reaction to both antibiotics which led to lovely side effects and LOTS of laundry. Pretty sure I'm still scarred from that experience. Anyhow, Weston found himself at the manger when he woke up unraveling baby Jesus for the millionth time.

Weston: 18 Months
This is such a fun and incredibly busy age. I'll remember 18 months forever and forever by the Mickey Mouse stage. He's totally obsessed and started singing {on tune, strangely enough}, "hot dog" from the closing song on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Sadly, "Mom" has been replaced with "hot dog" when I go in to get him after he wakes up in the morning. The other night it took him awhile to fall asleep and he alternated between saying, "hot dog" and "Elmo." Hey, whatever puts and keeps a kid to sleep!!

Union Square LIghts
We trekked into the city a couple of weekends ago to check out the lights with our friends Jeremy, Michelle, and Brayden. I was having Disneyland flashbacks because it was serious madness in SF. The boys had a blast running around like crazy boys do. Weston might be getting a leash for Christmas.
The highlight of the night was watching the cats play in the windows.

Weston REALLY loved it {so much I almost wanted to buy a cat}. Weston's chocolate ice cream face had a grin plastered on it for about 30 minutes while he laughed and clapped at the cats.

After some shopping and dinner we finally made it to the tree. Lucky for us, both boys were in melt down mode by that time so that was memorable. We managed to drag the boys away from climbing up and down the stairs to get a few pics by the tree.

The Juice Box
Weston gets juice almost never and I wanted to die watching him drink out of his first juice box. It was like Christmas morning {for him, not me}. Hope you liked it Weston... you're not getting another one till you're 2!!

A Few Favorite Things As Of Lates
Cameron has been working at home at lot lately and Weston is in love with this new idea. He seriously wants to do whatever Cameron is doing when he is doing it. Gotta be honest... it's caused a few problems.

The watch, wallet, phone, and lap top... what else do you need to get the job done?

Maybe a cookie off the floor?

Grandma Time
My mom watched the grand kids so all the couples could hit up a movie one night. The Next Three Days is soooo good and I'm pretty sure I still have a knot in my stomach from watching it.
My mom and the kiddos all snuggled up reading stories and watching Christmas movies. Thanks mom!

Children's Museum... Again
It's probably the teacher in me but I'm obsessed with children's museums... especially the one in Utah. It is seriously awesome. We went here last time we were in Utah so it was fun to see the change in the types of things Weston liked to do. I also tried my hand at sports casting this time {secretly trying to be like my aunt on KSL} and we learned that I'm "not a natural on air." Cameron's words... not mine.
Last time Weston loved the kitchen and this time he was all about the cash register. I think he rung up groceries for a solid 30 minutes while saying, "beep, beep, beep" over and over again.

Our next 30 minutes were spent pumping gas. He seriously was obsessed.

The Girls
I hooked up with my girls while in Utah... just so happened to be the night of the "blizzard." Yeah, still annoyed the night got cut short over the fake reports of the blizzard. Oh well, 2 hours is better than 0 hours.
I watched the front desk girl tonight at the gym look up boys on the computer. Oh the memories of checking out cute boys profile pics behind the front desk {and the occasional hanging up of the chosen ones}. Miss you girls!
